Overview:
We are currently seeking an experienced Mechanical Supervisor to oversee works on a live commercial project. This is a hands-on role requiring strong leadership, coordination, and a proactive approach to managing mechanical installations while ensuring minimal disruption to ongoing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

* Supervise and coordinate mechanical installation works on site

* Manage subcontractors and ensure work is completed to programme and quality standards

* Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations at all times

* Liaise with site management, clients, and other trades

* Conduct site inspections, toolbox talks, and progress reporting

* Resolve technical issues and ensure efficient workflow on a live site

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a Mechanical Supervisor on commercial projects

* Strong knowledge of HVAC, pipework, and mechanical systems

* Experience working in live environments (essential)

* SSSTS or SMSTS certification

* Valid CSCS card

* Excellent communication and leadership skills

* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings

Mandatory:

* Enhanced DBS check (required due to project nature)

Desirable:

* First Aid qualification

* Experience on healthcare, education, or similar sensitive environments
