Basic Salary £30,000 - £34,000 | OTE £60,000+

We are a privately owned new build residential developer seeking an experienced New Homes Sales Advisor to join our growing sales team across sites in Hertfordshire. This is an exciting opportunity to work directly for the developer, offering excellent earning potential, high-quality homes, and a supportive in-house environment.

The Role

As a New Homes Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for the full customer journey, from initial enquiry through to legal completion. You will be the face of the development, delivering outstanding customer service while consistently achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing day-to-day sales operations on site

Handling enquiries, conducting viewings, and securing reservations

*

Building strong relationships with purchasers, solicitors, and mortgage advisors

*

Progressing sales through to exchange and completion

*

Maintaining CRM systems and sales documentation

*

Representing the developer professionally at all times

About You

*

Proven experience in new build residential sales is essential

*

Strong sales and negotiation skills with a customer-focused approach

*

Confident, professional, and well-presented

*

Able to work weekends (with weekdays off)

*

Self-motivated with a track record of hitting and exceeding targets
