Personal Assistant/ Coordinator

Locations: Multi-site Reading and Ascot

Salary: £14.50ph-£15ph, DOE

Working Hours: Full Time 42 hours per week Monday to Friday

Working across three sites: Two mixed practices and one predominantly Private practice

Parking available at all sites

Must be a car owner and happy to move across the three sites as/ when needed

Must be confident, organised and efficient

Key Duties:

*

Personal Assistant supporting both the Management team and Principal Dentists

*

Assist with project management for the refurbishment of the three practices.

*

Provide day-to-day administrative support to the management team, including diary management and meeting coordination.

*

Coordinate with internal/ external teams for management-related administrative tasks (e.g., recruitment scheduling, staff onboarding, invoice tracking).

*

Act as the central point of contact between the three practice's teams and management during refurbishment project.

*

Maintain regular communication with practice managers to maximise productivity.

*

Assist in coordinating marketing and communication plans for the relaunch of refurbished practices.
