Your role will be based in Evesham responsible for a large complex site. You will be responsible for:

Leading a team of Maintenance, Cleaning and FM specialists
Management of H&S and compliance
Building & maintaining key stakeholder relationships across the contract
Attending regular meetings with key stakeholdersAbout you

Experience as a Facilities Manager - Ideally with experience within a large complex site
You'll also have experience of managing both soft and hard services
A strong personality to deal with a wide range of stakeholders and to ensure that delivery of objectives are achieved
Excellent H&S management and compliance experience
