We are looking for an experienced to join a team based across the south. The successful candidate will be responsible for running residential roofing projects across Hampshire and Berkshire. These projects include both Planned and Reactive maintenance for social housing contracts.

Responsibilities:

Manage the day-to-day operations of the site.
Ensure that all work is carried out safely and in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Ensure that all work is carried out to the highest standards of quality.
Ensure that all work is completed on time and within budget.
Carry Out all Site Supervisor Duties
Liaise with clients and higher ups.
Manage subcontractors and suppliers as required.Requirements:

SMSTS
CSCS Card
Proven experience as a Site Manager.
Excellent communication skills.
Strong leadership skills.
Ability to work under pressure.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Benefits:
