What will you be doing as a Purchase Ledger Clerk?
* Managing stock entries and updates
* Processing purchase invoices and payments
* Reconciling supplier accounts and company bank records
* Matching purchase orders with invoices and delivery notes
* Preparing payment runs and handling associated admin
* Generating financial data for monthly accounts
* Supporting with regular stock and bank reconciliations
What do you need?
* Previous experience in a purchase ledger/accounts payable role
* Familiarity with Sage accounting software
* AAT qualification (desirable)
* Good attention to detail and a methodical approach to tasks
