Reservations Manager

About the Role:I am seeking an experienced Reservations Manager to lead and develop my clients' busy reservations department based at Heathrow. This is a pivotal role managing a team of six, ensuring operational excellence across multiple airline accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of 6 reservations professionals.
• Establish and implement robust processes, set clear standards, and maintain consistency across the team.
• Oversee day-to-day operations in a high-volume environment, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Build strong relationships with airline partners, GSAs (General Sales Agents), and GHAs (Ground Handling Agents).
• Monitor performance metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
