A remarkable and highly regarded Primary School, located in Ealing, is seeking dedicated Teaching Assistants to join their team. These exciting positions are full-time, long-term and start ASAP.

The SLT recently started an initiative to train up internal staff, giving teaching assistants with degrees the opportunity to receive teacher training at the school starting from 2024 onwards. As part of this initiative, you will have your PGCE funded by the school while you receive a salary for your training!

Teaching Assistant - Pathway to QTS
Supporting students across EYFS, KS1 & KS2
Offering Schools Direct teacher training program to suitable candidates
Providing general classroom support
Working with students who have mild SEN, such as Autism, ADHD, and Dyslexia
Salary range: £95 - £105 per day (term time only, full-time)
Start date: ASAP - Full-Time - Long Term

Primary Teaching Assistant - Pathway to QTS - PERSON SPECIFICATIONS:

Possession of a degree from a reputable university
Strong passion for education and a genuine interest in supporting students' learning
Full commitment to the role
Good understanding of the Primary curriculum, with knowledge of SEN being desirable but not essential
