Salary: £32,000 - £38,000 per annum

Do you have experience delivering technical training to existing and upcoming clients? Do you have a passion for collaborative problem solving? Are you confident presenting to users and responding to often complex queries as part of live training sessions?

My client has developed a multi-award-winning data, insight and analytics platform that uses proprietary technology to supply enhanced research, analytics, and due diligence on all UK companies. They are now looking to recruit a driven and enthusiastic Customer Success Executive to help deliver the next phase of growth through client-lead improvements and exemplary client interactions. You will join the Client Success Team in their mission to continue to deliver best in class product support and implementation.

Key areas of responsibility

  • Work with the Head of Client Success to maximise platform use
  • Lead new client onboarding training sessions
  • Lead weekly drop-in training sessions
  • Respond to client queries
  • Implement communication of new features to all existing clients
  • Assist in demonstrating the platform both in person and in online meetings
  • Lead development of training and support materials for all platform upgrades
  • Create consistent feedback loops across the company to ensure client requests and upgrades are handled quickly and efficiently


  • Experience of delivering technical training
  • A client-first mindset with strong presentation and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise to manage both proactive and reactive work
  • Proficient using Microsoft Office and G Suite
  • SaaS/Tech/B2B background preferred

This role offers hybrid working with one day a week in the office near Gatwick Airport
