An incredibly rare opportunity has arisen working for an exquisite hospitality business.

A Payroll Manager is currently being recruited to cover a maternity leave and will need candidates to fully commit to 12 months.

As the Payroll Manager, you will be responsible for:

Full start to finish processing for c350 UK paid monthly employees
Administering all statutory deductions, including SMP, SPP. SMP, NI & PAYE
HMRC submissions
Benefits administration, including benefit renewals, enrolling employees on benefit schemes, resolving benefit queries, working with benefit providers
Stakeholder management and providing payroll analysis and reports to the wider business
Resolving payroll queries
Managing payroll legislation changes across the business
Leading on any payroll related projects
This role is very people centric; candidates need to be comfortable with daily employee interaction!
