EXPERIENCED PROPERTY MANAGER WANTED - NORTH WEST LONDON

WORK FROM HOME HALF THE WEEK

Are you an experienced Property Manager ready to join a well-established and friendly team in North West aLondon? My client, a highly regarded independent estate agency with over 30 offices, who are known for delivering a personalised service and building long-term relationships, is looking for an experienced Property Manager to join their team.

The successful individual will be joining a busy property management team made up of experienced professionals who take pride in what they do.

Working Hours:

* Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm

Responsibilities for the role of a Property Manager:

* Oversee tenant relations, including lease negotiations, renewals, and resolving disputes

* Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and service providers

* Keep detailed records of property operations and expenditures

* Conduct routine inspections to ensure safety and maintenance standards are met

* Work as a small to ensure the best level of service is provided.

Property Manager requirements:

* Proven experience in property management at a high level

* Proficient in Property Management software

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills

* In-depth understanding of industry practices and relevant legislation

* Personable and motivated attitude
