From You?

Minimum 5 years of experience in international shipping or logistics sales
Strong network of industry contacts and knowledge of global trade routes and carriers
Proven ability to close large, complex international deals
Excellent communication, presentation, and commercial negotiation skills
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
Familiarity with Incoterms, customs processes, and global compliance requirements
The Role

Develop and execute sales strategies to drive international shipping revenue
Cultivate and manage relationships with key import/export clients, freight forwarders, and trade partners
Identify market opportunities and develop customised shipping solutions
Lead high-value contract negotiations with global clients and stakeholders
Collaborate with internal operations, customs, and documentation teams to ensure seamless service delivery
Track market trends, regulatory changes, and competitive activities in international trade
