Senior Quantity Surveyor - Isleworth - High-end Residential

We are currently partnering with a bespoke Architecture and Design Practice based in London. For over 30 years they have delivered and specialised in High-End residential projects and have a healthy pipeline ensuring work for years to come. Due to continued growth, they are currently seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to be based in their offices in Isleworth with site visits to Surrey, Hampshire and Oxfordshire.

Responsibilities

* Cost Management & Budget Control

Lead the preparation and ongoing management of project budgets, ensuring accurate cost forecasting, value engineering, and cost control across multiple high-end residential developments.

* Procurement & Contract Administration

Oversee the procurement process including tendering, negotiation, and contract award. Administer contracts (JCT/NEC) and manage subcontractor relationships to ensure performance and value delivery.

* Valuations & Financial Reporting

Conduct interim valuations, prepare payment applications, and produce detailed monthly cost reports. Provide financial updates to project stakeholders and senior management.

* Risk & Change Management

Identify and assess commercial risks and manage change control processes, ensuring all variations and adjustments are documented, assessed, and agreed in a timely manner.

* Team Leadership & Client Liaison

Support and mentor junior surveyors, ensuring team development and performance. Act as a key commercial contact for clients, consultants, and contractors, maintaining strong working relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.

Requirements

* Previous high end residential project experience is preferred

* Must have relevant degree level qualification

* Must hold a valid UK driving licence

£80,000 - £100,000 + Bonus + Holidays
