Your new role
As the Registered Manager, you will lead the day-to-day operations of the children's home, ensuring the highest standards of care, safeguarding, and compliance with the Children's Homes Regulations and Quality Standards 2015. You will be responsible for developing and managing a dedicated team, creating care plans, risk assessments, and behaviour support strategies tailored to each young person. You'll also play a key role in liaising with external agencies, maintaining regulatory compliance, and driving continuous improvement to achieve an Ofsted rating of "Good" or "Outstanding."

What you'll need to succeed

Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or willingness to work towards it)
Proven experience managing or working in a children's residential setting
Strong knowledge of safeguarding, child protection, and relevant legislation
Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
A full, clean driving licence
A passion for making a difference in the lives of vulnerable young people
