Our client is a well-established Building Management Systems (BMS) system integrator with over 30 years of industry expertise delivering high-quality building automation solutions across the UK. Their reputation is built on technical excellence, long-term client relationships, and successful delivery of complex projects across commercial, healthcare, education, and critical environments.

The Role

Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced BMS Project Manager to join their London-based team. This is a key position responsible for managing the full lifecycle of BMS projects, from design coordination through to commissioning and handover.

You will play a pivotal role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest technical and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Manage BMS projects from initial concept through to completion
Oversee design, engineering, installation, and commissioning phases
Coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, and client stakeholders
Ensure compliance with project specifications, timelines, and budgets
Provide technical leadership across Trend, Tridium Niagara, and Siemens systems
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
Attend client meetings, site visits, and progress reviews
Ensure all documentation, reporting, and handover requirements are metRequirements

Proven experience as a BMS Project Manager or Senior BMS Engineer stepping up
Strong working knowledge of:
Trend BMS systems
Tridium Niagara (N4)
Siemens BMS platforms
Solid understanding of HVAC controls and building automation systems
Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Excellent client-facing and communication skills
Strong commercial awareness and budget management experience
Relevant technical qualifications (HNC/HND/Degree or equivalent preferred)Desirable

Experience working within a systems integrator environment
Knowledge of integration protocols (BACnet, Modbus, etc.)
CSCS/SMSTS or equivalent site certificationsWhat's On Offer
