Paediatric Speech Therapist - Acute NICU

Mediplacements are looking to recruit a band 7 Speech and Language Therapist for a locum position with our client in London. The pay for this position is £27-£35 per hour, and we are looking for someone who can start as soon as possible for an ongoing duration. Successful candidates must be HCPC registered. Job Description: Highly Specialist SLT assessing and managing swallowing and communication disorders in relation to the paediatric and neonatal population. You would be working as part of the Paediatric and NICU MDTs alongside 1 WTE band 7 SLT. This role has the opportunity to provide a paediatric VFS clinics if appropriate skill set. You would also be supporting our newly enrolled Highly Specialist SLT to develop additional NHS/UK specific competencies. Necessary Skills/experience: Experience within Acute Paediatric and NICU settings and experience of supervising other staff members.
