The Role:

* Lead and inspire a team of client service professionals

* Oversee delivery of high-quality, multi-therapeutic area projects for global pharma clients

* Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor

* Support new business development and contribute to agency growth strategy

* Embed best practices, accountability, and efficiency across projects and teams

The Ideal Candidate:

* Senior client services experience in medical communications

* Proven ability to manage multiple global projects successfully

* Strong leadership and team development skills

* Track record in client relationship management and new business support

* Flexible and comfortable in a hybrid home counties-based role

* Scientific degree
