About the Role:
As the Purchase Ledger Assistant, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day running of the finance function. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive and fast-paced environment where your skills will be valued and your contributions recognised.

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately process high volumes of purchase invoices
Maintain supplier accounts and resolve queries in a timely manner
Take full responsibility for preparing and processing the monthly payment run
Reconcile supplier statements and ensure ledgers are kept clean and up to date
Support the wider finance team with ad hoc duties as requiredWhat We're Looking For:

Proven experience in a purchase ledger/accounts payable role
Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
Strong organisational skills and ability to manage workload effectively
Confident using accounting systems and Excel
