Role: Maintenance Supervisor at The Imperial - New Opening Hotel

About the Role: 

We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to support the Maintenance Manager and lead daily engineering operations across the hotel. You will help ensure our facilities are safe, efficient and maintained to high standards.

What You’ll Be Doing: 

• Support the Maintenance Manager with planning, supervision and departmental performance.
• Lead maintenance staff, ensuring all team members follow Health & Safety and security procedures.
• Conduct preventative and reactive maintenance across the hotel.
• Maintain plant rooms, equipment and parts inventory.
• Complete inspections, reports and documentation to required standards.
• Support environmentally friendly practices and energy efficiency.

Who You Are: 

• Proven experience in maintenance leadership roles.
• Strong technical skills and understanding of building systems.
• Confident communicator with good organisational abilities.
• Bonus: hospitality experience or software knowledge (Saeker, Opera).
