Description

Monitor and manage approximately (Apply online only) emails daily, ensuring timely responses and accurate handling of all correspondence.
Extract relevant data from emails, documents, and attachments with a high degree of accuracy.
Enter and organise data efficiently into Excel spreadsheets, maintaining data integrity and consistency.
Upload processed data from spreadsheets into the company's internal systems and databases.
Liaise with internal teams and external partners to clarify or obtain additional information as needed.
Maintain organised digital filing systems for easy retrieval of processed information.
Support ad hoc admin and secretarial team with a variety of different tasks
Follow company procedures to ensure compliance with data protection and confidentiality standards.
