We are seeking a Customer Supply Coordinator to join a growing team, playing a key role in ensuring customer orders are fulfilled accurately and on time, every time.

Key Responsibilities:

* Process all customer orders received by 2pm on the day of receipt, ensuring accuracy.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer contacts to ensure timely and complete deliveries.

* Manage customer orders to achieve delivery performance above 99% of requested volumes.

* Raise invoices on the day of delivery, ensuring they are accurate.

* Work closely with the commercial team to implement customer-specific changes and ensure product availability.

* Act as the first point of contact for customer queries via telephone and email.

* Investigate and resolve order queries, complaints, and credit requests.

* Track and monitor delivery performance using internal systems and customer portals.

* Collaborate with third-party logistics providers to ensure timely and accurate delivery.

* Analyse customer and internal data to identify issues, opportunities for efficiency, and potential risks.

* Support new product launches and coordinate ordering processes across teams.

* Participate in the weekend and holiday on-call rota to support out-of-hours needs.

Key Requirements:

* Strong organisational skills with a methodical, detail-oriented approach.

* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

* Experience with ERP systems (knowledge of D365 is a plus).

* Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.

* A team player with a proactive attitude.

* Previous experience in the FMCG or food and drink sectors is advantageous, including familiarity with retailer portals
