The Master Data and AI Utilisation Manager is responsible for overseeing the master data configuration within the business to ensure data standardisation and reporting. This role also encompasses the development and utilisation of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies using the configured data to drive business insights and efficiencies.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage and maintain master data configuration to ensure accuracy, consistency, and standardisation across the business.

* Develop and implement data governance policies and procedures to uphold data integrity.

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and ensure proper data integration.

* Monitor and report on data quality metrics and address discrepancies or issues promptly.

* Drive the development and utilisation of AI technologies within the business, leveraging master data for enhanced reporting and insights.

* Stay abreast of emerging AI trends and technologies to recommend and implement innovative solutions.

* Provide training and support to business users on data practices and AI tools.

* Ensure compliance with relevant data protection regulations and standards.

Qualifications and Skills

* Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

* Proven experience in data management, data governance, and AI technology utilisation.

* Knowledge of AV Insight and or Salesforce would be an advantage

* Strong understanding of master data configuration and data standardisation practices.

* Proficiency in AI tools and technologies, including machine learning and data analytics.

* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

* Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across various departments.

* Knowledge of data protection regulations and compliance standards.
