We are looking for a Sales and Recruitment Support Executive to join our team! This role provides support to 2 busy functions within the business – Recruitment and Sales.

This role will see you working closely with the Recruitment Manager to fill the company vacancies, and providing daily support to the large Sales department.

This role includes, but is not limited to:

  • Recruitment – Search the CV database for suitable candidates, making contact via phone/email, and arranging and conducting telescreens. Arranging face to face interviews with the hiring managers, providing interview feedback and making offers where necessary. Ensuring candidates employment documentation is correct. Attending jobs fairs with the Recruitment Manager. Keeping in contact with new starters to ensure any onboarding queries are answered.
  • Dispositions – To ensure leads are correctly allocated, provide explanation where necessary and to send weekly updated to sales managers.
  • Outstanding documents reporting - Completing a report of outstanding PMCs, DD mandates that have not been returned to the business within 21 days. Sending the report monthly to Head of Training.
  • Assist with payroll tasks for all sales teams.
  • Leaver email inboxes – Monitoring the inboxes of ex-employees, to ensure all important emails are sent to the manager and removing all junk emails.
  • To assist in general administrative duties as required.
  • Be responsible for own continuous professional development.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has previous experience in a similar sales support/recruitment role (training is provided)
  • Is proficient using a PC and its packages (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Has the ability to work under pressure and meet predetermined deadlines
  • Is flexible, enthusiastic and can work to their own initiative
  • Demonstrates confident and effective telephone skills
  • Has excellent interpersonal skills, including questioning and listening skills
  • Has excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Is organised and can prioritise a busy workload
