What You'll Be Doing

• Supporting and leading a team on the shop floor day-to-day

• Ensuring production targets are met safely, efficiently, and to quality standards
• Acting as the go-to person for your team - solving problems and keeping operations running smoothly
• Driving continuous improvement and helping streamline processes
• Working closely with senior management to deliver operational success

What We're Looking For

• Currently working as a Team Leader / Senior Operative in a manufacturing or production environment
• Ready to step up into a supervisory role
• Strong people skills - confident leading, coaching, and motivating others
• A proactive, hands-on approach with a "lead by example" mindset
• Keen to learn, develop, and grow within a business
