* Experienced Delivery Consultant - not just a Resourcer; someone who owns the delivery process end to end.

* Excellent written and spoken English - clear, confident communication is essential.

* Confident communicator - comfortable calling candidates, asking smart questions, and matching them to complex roles.

💼 What We Offer

* Salary, Commission & Bonus: £28-35k base + market-leading delivery commission (£250 per contract placement, £400 per permanent placement) + quarterly bonus scheme.
