What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead the full lifecycle of bids across EOIs, PQQs, frameworks, and tenders
• Develop win plans, key messaging, and client engagement strategies
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including estimators, planners, and technical leads
• Oversee design input, logistics, programme, and value engineering solutions
• Prepare and deliver compelling client presentations and post-tender interviews
• Manage post-submission negotiations and ensure seamless handovers to delivery teams
• Champion continuous improvement through feedback, data integration, and best practice sharing
• Represent the business externally, building strong relationships with clients and supply chain partners
