The Role -  Electronics Repair Team Leader 

You will be responsible for:

• Leading a team of repair engineers, providing direction and guidance on department policy and process
• Ensuring compliance with all environmental and health & safety management procedures
• Overseeing the review and any necessary amendment of relevant documentation and policies
• Guaranteeing adherence with quality and compliance regulations

Your Background - Electronics Repair Exchange Team Leader 

To succeed in this varied and exciting role you will have:

• Previous experience as team leader or in a junior management / supervisory role
• Background working in a repair engineer, field service engineer or technical support engineer role
• Experience of electro-mechanical / electronics equipment
• QA experience within an ISO regulated industry
• Experience of SAP and medical devices would be beneficial
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Excellent interpersonal skills
