PPM Recruitment are recruiting for a Multi Skilled Static Engineer (Electrical Bias) around the North West areas.

You will be responsible for assisting in the operative, repair and maintenance within a commercial building.

Duties include not exclusive to:

Emergency lighting
L8 water monitoring
AHU Servicing and maintenance
Fan coil service and maintenance
Pump servicing
Minor electrical works
Basic plumbing including taps, syphons, flush valves, waste pipework
Statutory PPMs in line with SFG20Experience/Skills:

Experience in related roles
Experience with hardware tools and electrical equipment
Understanding of basic plumbing or HVAC systems
Experience with BEMS systems
Must be able to read schematic drawingsQualifications:

18th Edition of IEE wiring
Recognised apprenticeships preferred
Posses a recognised tradeMonday to Friday - 40 hours a week
