Private Client Solicitor (NQ - 1 Year PQE)

An award-winning Legal 500 private client team is seeking a newly qualified solicitor, or one with up to one year's post-qualification experience, to join their expanding department. About the Role

The role involves direct client contact and advising on a broad spectrum of private client matters including Wills, statutory Wills, and the administration of estates. There will also be opportunities to work on matters referred from a highly respected Court of Protection team. Candidates with prior Court of Protection experience will be at an advantage, though it is not essential.

Team Structure

You'll join a dedicated team comprising 8 solicitors, 2 paralegals, and 3 secretaries. The role reports directly to a Director in the team, ensuring strong guidance and mentoring.

Ideal Candidate

• Newly Qualified to 1 year PQE solicitor
• Previous experience in private client law (essential)
• Court of Protection experience (desirable)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Organised, detail-oriented, and team-focused
