As Customer Services Specialist, your responsibilities will include:

Handling inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and confidence
Managing customer accounts, including contract support and renewals
Taking ownership of customer issues through to resolution
Creating quotes, processing orders, and logging complaints
Supporting field engineers with scheduling and updates
Mentoring new team members and contributing to service improvements
As Customer Services Specialist, your experience will include:

At least two years in a frontline Customer Services role
Proven ability to manage complex customer interactions
Experience in contract support or service coordination (advantageous)
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP B1 experience is a bonus
A calm, logical approach to problem-solving under pressure
