Key Responsibilities:

* Providing 1:1 and small group support for pupils with SEND

* Assisting with classroom learning and differentiated activities

* Promoting engagement, independence, and emotional well-being

* Supporting students with autism, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, and other additional needs

* Experience working with SEND (education or care settings)

* A calm, positive, and patient approach

* Strong communication and teamworking skills
