Bournemouth & Poole College has an exciting opportunity for a Junior Digital Marketing Co-ordinator to join their team in Poole.
You will be joining on a full-time basis and will receive a competitive salary of £17,363 per annum.

About the role: As our Junior Digital Marketing Co-ordinator you will be a key part of our small but perfectly formed team.
You will work with colleagues across Marketing and the rest of the college to maximise the College’s digital and social media communications, promoting a wide range of college activities and playing your role in meeting our recruitment targets.
Key responsibilities of our Junior Digital Marketing Co-ordinator: - Lead on the use of The College’s social media platforms to ensure a strong supply of regular content - Engage with all enquiries and contact from customers via our social media platforms - Work across the wider marketing team to ensure all marketing campaigns are supported through appropriate digital channels - Champion social media through The College, supporting individual curriculum and support teams to manage and use local accounts, and reporting on digital activity for Commercial Director to report to Exec and SLT - Work closely with the Marketing Communications Officer to monitor The College’s online reputation, and to identify opportunities to publicise success stories and good news - Review the effectiveness of digital campaigns using engagement analytics and make key recommendations for future campaigns - Work with the Junior Data Analyst to ensure all campaigns are driven by data informing the scope and aims of campaigns - Work with the college’s Schools Liaison Officer to ensure all key schools are engaged with on social media, and develop innovative marketing materials to engage the key years 10-13 - Manage paid for digital campaigns including pay-per-click, sponsored links and social media lead generation As our Junior Digital Marketing Co-ordinator ideally, you’ll have: - Experience of working with the full range of social media platforms - Understanding of marketing techniques - Excellent IT skills - Understand how to deliver digital marketing campaigns and can deliver accordingly - Experience of working with social media and digital marketing - Min 1 years’ experience working in a Marketing team - Experience of using a good level of written communication skills for a range of audiences and digital platforms - Experience of working to tight deadlines - Experience of reviewing, monitoring and analysing online activity experience of building and implementing digital campaigns across a variety of digital media platforms - Level 3 Digital Marketing qualification(s) or relevant work experience - Willingness to travel to all sites The benefits: As a member of support staff at Bournemouth & Poole College you can expect to receive a market rate salary and excellent benefits including: - 26 days annual leave plus bank holidays, increasing to 29 after 5 years' service with the College - Up to 5 days leave during the Christmas closure period - Free parking at all of our college sites (where spaces are available) - Cycle to Work scheme - Enrolment into the Local Government Pension Scheme Closing date: 25 October 2020 If you feel you are the right candidate for this Junior Digital Marketing Co-ordinator role then please click ‘ apply’ now!
