What you'll be doing
- Defining and delivering the organisation's D365 CE data architecture
- Designing scalable data models, integrations, and governance frameworks
- Leading data strategy across CRM, reporting, and analytics
- Working across Azure to support integrations, data flows, and wider platform capability
- Leveraging Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse) to enhance data accessibility and automation
- Working with cross‑functional teams to improve data quality and accessibility
- Supporting a long‑term transformation programme with hands‑on technical leadership
What we're looking for
- Strong experience as a D365 CE / Dynamics CRM Data Architect
- Deep understanding of data modelling, integrations, and CE platform capabilities
- Experience working in complex environments with multiple data sources
- Ability to influence stakeholders and translate business needs into technical solutions
- Passion for using technology to support meaningful, mission‑led work
Working pattern
- 2 days per week onsite in London
- Remote for the remaining days
