A forward-thinking law firm is seeking a Property Law Partner (7+ PQE) to join its expanding team of high-calibre professionals. Based in Central London, this opportunity is ideal for a Partner looking to take greater control over their practice, earnings, and work-life balance-without compromising on quality, support, or collaboration.

This modern legal model is designed to empower experienced lawyers with the tools and freedom to thrive, while offering access to the full-service capability and business infrastructure of a traditional firm.

The Property Law Partner's role

As a Property Law Partner, you will operate with autonomy while benefiting from a highly collaborative environment. You will have the freedom to manage your own caseload, set your own fee structures, and build your practice around the clients and work that matter most to you.

Support is provided across key areas including compliance, administration, billing, marketing, and IT. The firm encourages internal collaboration, with many Partners referring and receiving work across a wide network of legal professionals.

This is an ideal move for a Property Law Partner with an existing following or a clear business plan, seeking a platform that values independence, flexibility, and entrepreneurialism.

Proven ability to attract, manage, and retain client relationships

Comfortable working independently but keen to collaborate when beneficial

In Return?

A competitive, transparent fee-share model with strong earning potential
Complete control over your work hours, rates, and client base
Access to high-quality support services including IT, admin, marketing, and legal resources
Use of well-equipped Central London office space, with meeting rooms and facilities
A collegiate and collaborative legal community across a wide range of practice areas
The chance to shape your own legal career within a respected and modern firm structure
