Our education recruitment agency is working with a number of well-established secondary schools in Tunbridge Wells who are seeking adaptable and reliable Secondary Teachers for day-to-day supply cover.

This role is ideal for teachers who enjoy the classroom but want flexibility, variety and a better work-life balance without the full responsibilities of a permanent post.

What you'll be doing:

• Delivering pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects

• Maintaining a focused and respectful classroom environment

• Managing behaviour in line with school policies

• Providing brief feedback to departments at the end of the day

We're looking for teachers who:

• Hold QTS or an equivalent secondary teaching qualification

• Are confident working with KS3 and KS4 students

• Can quickly adapt to new schools and classroom settings

• Have strong classroom and behaviour management skills
