An excellent position has arisen at a leading private School in Oxford. They are looking for an experienced Admissions manager to assist the registrar in the management and process of admitting students to the school. The process includes initial enquiry, application, testing, interviews, placing and induction of the school. The school wants every prospective parent and pupil to have a bespoke, personal service that makes them feel welcome and have a good experience if offered a place or not.

You need to be able to collaborate with many other teaching staff, the bursary office and marketing team to determine the capability and expectation of each pupil.

Organise open days
Organise test and interview days
Maintain relationships with feeder schools
Management of Pupil Database You need to have:-

Strong People Skills for all ages
Excellent communication and organisation skills
Ability to write reports, analyse data and presentations
A flexible approach to some evening and weekend work
A friendly and approachable manner who can work well in a teamThis is a full-time position with a competitive salary of £34,000, Hours of work are Monday-Friday

8.15am - 5.00pm with free lunch, contribution pension scheme, private health insurance, 30 days holiday + 8 bank holidays and complimentary use of school sports facilities
