Role Snapshot

Clinical Leadership: Professional leadership and operational management of the SLT service.
Advanced Clinical Skills: Advanced specialist assessment of highly complex communication and swallowing disorders following neurological insult.
Specialist Focus: Expertise in advanced swallow assessment, treatment, and tracheostomy weaning support.
Service Development: Lead clinical audit, policy implementation, and strategic growth for the SLT team.
