Tradewind Recruitment are seeking hardworking, engaging, and patient Teaching Assistants seeking an opportunity to work in a 1:1 SEMH TA role in Lincolnshire. The position is full-time, long-term and expected to last until 18th October with the possibility of lasting longer.

Responsibilities and Duties of the position involve the following:

Work closely with a SEMH student following their ECHP.
Adapt learning tasks to suit the pupils need and find creative ways to engage them with activities.
Develop strategies with SENCO and other staff members to ensure pupils is reaching their full potential.
Follow Safeguarding and behavioural policies.The role will start ASAP.

If you're interested in this exciting opportunity, you must have:

Experience working in a SEN/SEMH/School setting.
Level 3 Teaching Assistant Certificate (or equivalent)
Right to work in the UK.
Satisfactory References.
Enhanced Child Only DBS on the Update Service (or willing to undergo one)The rate for this role is £83.33 - £90 per day.
