Project manager role

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies
Oversee 2/3 Projects simultaneously - Jobs ranging from £10k - £650k
Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets
Lead project meetings and provide regular progress reports to stakeholders and senior management
Ensure all work complies with building regulations, CDM regulations, and company standards.
Manage procurement processes, including the selection and coordination of subcontractors and suppliers.
Oversee site activities to ensure quality workmanship, adherence to design specifications, and timely completion.Requirements:

Proven experience as a project Manager (5+ years)

Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.

CAT A/B office fit-out Experience 5+ Years
