About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Early Years Educator to join a thriving nursery team and provide exceptional care and education for young children. You’ll work in a nurturing environment that supports every child’s emotional, physical, and cognitive development, following the EYFS framework.

Key Responsibilities

• Build respectful and purposeful relationships with children.
• Support learning and development through observations and activity planning.
• Maintain accurate records and complete relevant documentation.
• Ensure children’s health, safety, and well-being at all times.
• Communicate effectively with parents/carers and colleagues.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and safety throughout the nursery.
• Participate in outings, events, and staff meetings as required.

What We’re Looking For

• Level 3 Early Years qualification (or a strong Level 2 with extensive experience).
• A genuine passion for working with children.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to follow safeguarding and health & safety procedures.
• Flexibility and initiative to adapt to changing situations.
