About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Early Years Educator to join a thriving nursery team and provide exceptional care and education for young children. You’ll work in a nurturing environment that supports every child’s emotional, physical, and cognitive development, following the EYFS framework.
Key Responsibilities
- Build respectful and purposeful relationships with children.
- Support learning and development through observations and activity planning.
- Maintain accurate records and complete relevant documentation.
- Ensure children’s health, safety, and well-being at all times.
- Communicate effectively with parents/carers and colleagues.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and safety throughout the nursery.
- Participate in outings, events, and staff meetings as required.
What We’re Looking For
- Level 3 Early Years qualification (or a strong Level 2 with extensive experience).
- A genuine passion for working with children.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to follow safeguarding and health & safety procedures.
- Flexibility and initiative to adapt to changing situations.
