A great opportunity has arisen for a confident HR Advisor to join a global organisation in Cambridgeshire. This is a full-time permanent role, although reduced hours will be considered.

Typical duties include:

* Effectively manage a range of ER cases

* Analyse data to identify ER trends

* Support with recruitment and onboarding processes

* Coordinate training and development initiatives

* Promote diversity and inclusion across the business

* Support on a variety of projects

* Ensure all records are updated accordingly

The successful candidate will have/be:

* CIPD level 5 qualified as a minimum

* Demonstrable experience within HR and Recruitment

* Confident communicator, resilient and professional

* Change management experience

* Strong leader with influencing skills
