Key duties of the role: Teaching KS3 and KS4 Maths, creating engaging lessons, tracking student progress, and contributing to a supportive department. 
The Role
As a Maths ECT, you will have the opportunity to teach Maths at Key Stages 3 and 4, working with students of varying abilities. You will plan and deliver lessons that inspire pupils to develop their skills and reach their full potential. This role offers the chance to work within a well-resourced department that is committed to continuous improvement and student success. You'll track pupil progress, provide feedback, and take part in extra-curricular activities that support the wider school community.
 
The Candidate
We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Maths ECT who is passionate about making a difference in students' lives. You should have strong subject knowledge and be eager to develop your teaching skills through ongoing professional development. You must be on track to achieve QTS by July 2025 and possess excellent communication skills, with a strong commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
