What You'll Be Doing:

• Delivering pre-planned lessons across Key Stage 3 and 4 in the absence of teaching staff

• Supporting students' learning and wellbeing throughout the school day

• Managing behaviour and helping to maintain a focused learning environment

• Working with teaching staff to ensure consistency and continuity

• Developing your classroom confidence in a real school setting

We're Looking for Individuals Who:

• Have experience working with young people in any setting (education, coaching, mentoring, youth work, etc.)

• Are confident leading a class and promoting engagement

• Can communicate clearly and adapt to different situations

• Are dependable, enthusiastic, and eager to help students thrive

• May be considering a future career in teaching or education
