Nursery Manager - Term Time Only

Location: Hammersmith and Fulham, London
Salary: £42,000 - £46,000 per annum + 4 weeks annual bonus
Hours: 40 hours per week, term time only (39 weeks)
Start date: As soon as possible

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Nursery Manager to lead a small, community-focused nursery in Hammersmith and Fulham. This is an excellent opportunity to make a real impact within a warm, supportive, and well-established setting that truly values its staff and families.

The successful candidate will oversee the day-to-day running of the nursery, ensuring the highest standards of care, education, and safeguarding.

Key Responsibilities

Provide strong leadership and management to a small, committed team.

Ensure compliance with Ofsted, EYFS, and all relevant statutory requirements.

Maintain a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment.

*

Build positive relationships with parents, carers, and the wider community.

*

Oversee curriculum planning, staff development, and nursery operations.

Requirements

*

Minimum Level 3 Diploma in Childcare or equivalent qualification

*

At least 2 years of experience in a nursery management role

*

Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills

*

A genuine passion for early years education and child development
