What you'll do:

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will:

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process
Build and nurture relationships with both clients and candidates
Develop innovative and effective recruitment strategies to attract the best candidates
Collaborate with a talented team of Consultant's to achieve shared goals
Stay updated on what is happening in the industry in order to win continued new businessWe are looking for:

Proven experience as a recruitment consultant (does not need to be industry specific)
Natural leaders with high standards
Confident and natural communicators
The determination to be successfulWhat we offer:

Competitive salaries - for experienced candidates our salaries are negotiable depending on your experience & what you can bring to our business. However, as a guide you can look to receive a salary ranging from £28,000 to £35,000 at a Senior level plus commission
Our commission structure is uncapped and paid out from Day 1 - no waiting whilst in probation
