Help to maintain lawn care office operations by performing daily office/clerical/computer duties and assist with handling customer phone inquiries.
Serves customers by answering questions, forwarding messages, confirming and maintaining customer accounts, keeping customers informed of schedule status, etc.
Heavy and accurate data entry which includes customer accounts, inquiries, daily production, and posting of payments.
Responds to and forwards information by receiving and distributing communications; collecting and mailing correspondence; copying information.
Maintains supplies by checking stock to determine inventory levels.
Helps to maintain equipment.
Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.
Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
Computer and software knowledge with the ability to learn proprietary software program.
Customer Service & Office Experience - Excellent Computer Skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Publisher), Quickbooks, General Software Knowledge, Scheduling, Strong and Clearly Speaking Telephone Skills, Heavy and Accurate Typing and Data Entry (60+ wpm), Documentation Skills, Verbal Communication, Written Communication, Dependability, Attention to Detail, Administrative Writing Skills, Overtime hours available.
