Join Our Team as a Reach Warehouse Reach Truck Operative in Spalding!

Pay Rate: £14.30 per hour for up to 40 hours (breaks included!)

Overtime: Earn 1.5x your rate after 40 hours!

Shifts: Rotating Monday to Friday - 06:00–14:00 & 14:00–22:00 (1 day of the weekend on a rota basis: 06:00-16:00)

As a Reach Driver / Warehouse Operative, you will:

·      Operate Reach Trucks to handle stock in static drive-in and mobile racking.

·      Pick, assemble, and wrap orders manually.

·      Use RDT technology for pallet locating.

·      Work in a -25°C freezer environment with unscheduled warm breaks.

·      Liaise with supervisors to prioritize tasks.

·      Be a key part of a small, collaborative team.

What We’re Looking For: Warehouse Reach Truck Driver - Spalding, Lincolnshire

Qualified & Experienced: Reach Truck licence essential.

Team Player: Reliable and ready to contribute to a tight-knit team.

Communicator: Able to communicate clearly in English (written and verbal).

Self-starter: Proactive and able to work on your own initiative.
