Youll be working with small groups and individual learners, adapting the curriculum to meet a range of needs including autism, SEMH, and moderate learning difficulties. Your classroom will be a place where progress is celebrated, curiosity is encouraged, and every student feels seen and supported. What You'll Be Doing:

• Delivering engaging, differentiated Maths lessons to KS3KS4 learners
• Creating a nurturing, structured environment where students feel safe to learn
• Working closely with a skilled team of support staff and therapists
• Using creative strategies to break down barriers to learning
• Tracking progress and celebrating every achievement, big or small
