Hawk 3 Talent Solutions, operating as an employment agency, are currently recruiting for an Administrator to join our clients team in their Crediton branch.

You'll be a key player in keeping the office running smoothly and supporting both the team and our clients. Your responsibilities will include:

Main duties:

Providing admin support to senior team members and partners

Acting as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and callers

Managing meeting rooms, diaries, appointments, and hospitality

Handling incoming emails, post, and general correspondence

Supporting client onboarding processes and maintaining records

Assisting with internal systems and ensuring data accuracy

Processing basic financial transactions, including client payments

Managing office supplies and liaising with suppliers and contractors

Supporting the organisation of local office events and follow-up tasks

About you:

Experience in an administrative or customer-facing role

Strong IT skills, particularly with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

A confident, clear, and friendly communication style

The ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

A flexible and proactive attitude to daily challenges

Discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information

A team-focused mindset and willingness to support others
