Are you a driven 360 recruiter with a proven track record in construction or civil engineering recruitment? Looking to take your career global and work with an ambitious, high-performing US-focused team?

We're expanding our US operations and are on the lookout for a talented Recruitment Consultant to join our Altrincham-based Head Office, playing a key role in delivering recruitment solutions across the US construction and civil engineering market.

As a full-cycle recruiter, you'll take ownership of the entire recruitment process:

• Business Development - Proactively identify and build relationships with new clients in the US construction/civil engineering sectors

• Account Management - Maintain and grow strong partnerships with existing clients, understanding their hiring needs and project timelines

• Candidate Sourcing & Headhunting - Attract, assess, and shortlist top talent through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and your existing network

• Interview & Offer Management - Prepare candidates for interviews, manage feedback, negotiate offers, and ensure smooth onboarding

• US Client Travel - Opportunity to travel to meet clients across the US when required to build stronger relationships and gain market insight

• Minimum 2 years of 360 recruitment experience in construction or civil engineering sectors

• Proven billing success and ability to manage end-to-end recruitment independently

• A commercially minded and proactive approach to building your desk

• Comfortable working US hours: 12-8pm Mon-Thurs (UK time), with Fridays fully remote

• Based within commutable distance to Altrincham, Greater Manchester

• £35,000 basic salary

• Industry-leading commission structure: Calculated quarterly on GP, paid monthly - we've yet to see anyone compete with it
